CRIMINAL LAW OF THE HIGHWAY CODE
The firm has specific experience in relation to traffic offences, in particular driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, as well as violation of the obligation to stop and assist. We also offer assistance in relation to the seizure and confiscation of the offender's vehicle, as well as the suspension of driving licenses ordered by the Prefect.
